Why use this enhanced calendar tool?

 

Our experience has shown that events with admission at, or less than, $25 are usually effective in the calendar as regular "text" listings.

 

Events (classes, workshops, clinics, training courses, etc.) with admission above $25 require more exposure to be effective.

 

This option fills that gap, providing an affordable AND effective manner for those businesses who do not wish to invest in regular display advertising in the body of the magazine. This option can be used for any event, but is necessary to list events in the calendar costing more than $25 for admission.

 

Submit your events with the following information:

  • 50 words maximum for events with a specific date

  • 25 words maximum for ongoing/recurring events

  • Title

  • Brief description

  • Date/Time of event (required)

  • Cost of event (if any) or "Free"

  • Location (street address, city) (required)

  • Contact person and phone number

  • Website or email address CAN be included with Mark Your Calendar or Calendar Display Ad listings!

All submissions due by: The 12th of the month prior to publication.
