Tiffanie started Aratham Meals with the purpose of assisting individuals and families obtain the nutrients they need on the daily basis, while cooking with Organic and Plant-based ingredients from Mother Earth. Both of them bring over 30 years of experience in Food and Beverage as they have worked and held leadership positions in some of the top hotels and restaurants in the USA - Some other accolades include: Gold Medal at the Culinary World Cup, Luxembourg /  Silver Medal at the World Culinary Olympics, Germany / Trained Birth and Postpartum Doula.

Their passion and love for Wellness, Health, The Planet and all Beings is the driving force to ensure every meal is prepared with the most care and appreciation!
